I had a very unpleasant experience at this Dunkin’ today with Andy. From the moment I started placing my order in the drive-thru, the interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. There was no friendly greeting, and I had to repeat my order more than once. When I got to the window, I tried to clarify my order because I could see that I was about to be given something I had not ordered. Instead of simply listening and correcting the misunderstanding, Andy became visibly frustrated, slammed the window, and signaled for someone else to assist me. Mistakes and misunderstandings happen, but the way a customer is treated when trying to clarify an order matters. There was absolutely no reason for the attitude or behavior I experienced. I genuinely hope Andy sees this review and chooses to use the experience as an opportunity for growth. Customer service requires patience, professionalism, and basic respect. This is a place of business, not the hood—please grow up and conduct yourself accordingly!! I hope management takes this feedback seriously because this kind of customer service can easily drive people away.

They didn't have donuts.I wanted, and they said they don't make em because they don't sell fast enough, which I'd find that not to be true.Because every dunkin' i ever went to back home in jersey. Where gone So quickly.

I come to this location pretty often but lately between my coffee and between my food, everything has been tasting not as good as usual and I went back because my order was not right. All it was was a wrap and they still continually got it wrong. I try to be as nice as possible, but I feel like they have a lot of gossip at the drive-through you can hear the employees talking about the customer I drive thru. I can hear them talking about gossip but not helping customers with their orders. It’s Mother’s Day all I’m trying to do is get my breakfast and enjoy my day instead. I feel like they were trying to purposely give me a hard time.

I don't leave a lot of reviews for places often but the experience that I just had at this location deserved to be bragged about. Phoenix and Uriel were working tonight when I went through the drive-thru. I had been stuck in traffic behind an accident and started to feel the onset symptoms of a blood sugar drop (hot, shaking like a leaf, a little nauseous, and struggling to keep my eyes open) and in that moment Dunkin was the closest place to me. I managed to pull into the drive-thru but I couldn't even think straight in that moment and all I could say was "Donut, donut please." The very sweet gentleman working the window asked what kind and my brain couldn't function so I stumbled on the words "Anything, I'm having a blood sugar episode." I was immediately told to pull up to the window where Phoenix and Uriel handed me a box with two glazed donuts, told me it was on them, asked if I was ok, and suggested that I pull up and park to eat and to please be safe. I did just that and after several minutes sitting in my car I started to feel a little bit better. I carefully went into the store where they both asked again if I was all right, I went to use the restroom and splash some water

I quickly headed to Dunkin' when the rain started pouring down. While riding my electric scooter, the staff kindly offered to help shelter it from the rain. While I waited for the downpour to pass, I ordered a hot chocolate and a blueberry muffin. The staff were exceptionally polite and friendly, which enhanced the overall atmosphere. The premises were very clean and well-maintained, something I consider essential in any food-serving establishment.
